Fastest Fish Taco Ever

There is nothing quite like the taste of fresh grilled or fried fish, salsa with roasted poblanos, and a chipotle mayo all wrapped in a toasty corn tortilla.

Ezra Caldwell of “Teaching Cancer To Cry” makes it look really fast and easy.

Just tried this fish taco “recipe” and it was delicious (although I was not as fast with the preparation as in the video). Unfortunately had to make it with North Georgia catfish this time, but looking forward to doing it with grouper or snapper when I get back to ‘Lutra.
